The Team

We like to practice dentistry together and it shows. It's no surprise then that over a hundred dental practices from across the country have come to learn about our five-star service through the Boger Center for Professional Development. Through regular morning huddles, continuing education, working with consultants and get-aways together we work hard to cultivate a healthy culture of respect and open communication so that we can together provide unsurpassed, top-notch care for you and your family. Each fall, we take a weekend to regroup, re-vision and re-establish our mission statement. The result, we believe, is a healthy, professional environment in which our patients can experience the most that dentistry has to offer for overall, lifelong oral health.

Patient Services Coordinators

Starr - Patient Services Coordinator
Starr and her family have been loyal Boger Dental patients for years. Starr is a customer service pro and we're fortunate to have her on our team. With her vibrant personality and genuine warmth, Starr will make sure that your visit is pleasant and relaxing. Melissa - Patient Services Coordinator
Melissa has been an essential part of the team since 1987. "I first came to know Boger Dental and their unique philosophy as a patient. I was so impressed that I joined the team myself!" Melissa has a degree as a dental assistant, however her primary team function is a Patient Coordinator, greeting patients with a sincere, warm smile and assisting them with scheduling needs. Mariann - Patient Services Coordinator
Mariann and her family had been Boger Dental patients for years before we recruited her to our team. As one of our outstanding Patient Services Coordinators, Mariann will greet you with a warm, genuine smile and gladly assist you with any needs during your visit. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their three kids at karate events, camping and vacations. Robyn - Operational Leader
Robyn is Boger Dental's Operational Leader. Much of what she does is behind the scenes, but is essential for the five-star service our patients count on. Before joining the team, Robyn had a career in hotel and event management in Atlanta and Boston, including event planning for the 2002 Olympics. She enjoys being back in the Twin Cities, closer to family. She and her husband are busy parents of a toddler, but in their free time they enjoy training for triathlons, traveling and spending time with their family and friends. Email: robyn@bogerdental.com
Moriah - Financial Coordinator
Another long-time Boger Dental patient, Moriah brings to the team her vibrant personality and enthusiasm for top-notch customer service. With a background in retail merchandizing and management, Moriah is happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding our many flexible payment options. Moriah and her husband are proud new parents, but in their spare time they still enjoy going to concerts, trying new restaurants, downhill skiing and spending time at their family cabins. Heidi - Treatment & Insurance Coordinator
Heidi brings to our team a wealth of patient service and practice management experience from a variety of medical environments. She now shares her skills and her enthusiasm with us as our New Patient & Insurance Coordinator. In her free time she and her family enjoy camping, fishing and traveling. Maureen earned her hygiene degree at the University of Minnesota. Originally from Shorewood, Maureen now lives in Forest Lake with her husband and two sons. Lindsay - Patient Coordinator & Promotions Assistant
We are also happy to welcome Lindsay to our team. Lindsay was an Elementary Education major at UW-Superior. After a few years as an infant teacher, she is having fun with the change of pace and new experience in the health care field. Katie

Missy has been a faithful member of the team since 1992. Beginning as Dr. Steve's chairside assistant, Missy now focuses on helping patients through the orthodontic treatment process. Anna
Anna has been a dental assistant since 1993. She enjoys working with patients and helping them to feel comfortable. Anna is a proud mother of a little girl. Lori

Corenne

Our registered dental hygienists are highly-qualified to help you maximize the long term health of your smile. Each has extended training in the most up-to-date oral health procedures and have access to the latest and best technology to detect decay or gum disease at its earliest stages. Erin
Erin has been in the dental profession since 1992, first as an assistant and then returning to college to pursue a degree in dental hygiene, graduating with high distinction from Century College. Erin has also received a BS in Dental Hygiene Education from the U of MN. She's active in several professional organizations and is a faculty member at Century College. Erin is a proud mom of two little boys and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. Email: erin@bogerdental.com
Sarah
Sarah received a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry and is a member of the ADHA. She finds dental hygiene to be a rewarding and challenging profession. Michelle
Michelle received a BS and an MS degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University if Norfolk, Virginia. She has been a dental hygiene educator both at the University of Nebraska and the University of Minnesota Dental Schools over the past seven years. She enjoys research, publication and the challenge of working with students. Outside of dentistry, she spends her free time working out, traveling and playing with her puppy, Simone. Debbie
Debbie has worked in the dental profession since 1983, initially as a dental assistant. In 1993, she received her license in Dental Hygiene, graduating with high honors from Normandale Community College. She also participated in a degree completion program at the U of M, specializing in the needs of the geriatric population. Debbie is passionate about providing gentle, compassionate care in a respectful and friendly manner. Outside of Boger Dental, she cares for her family, including three children, in the same way.
